Update v0.9.8 - Prototype Texture Generator

Hey everyone,

I've been receiving feedback from people, and have made some improvements to line precision for grids and center markers. (Thanks to Henry00 for their help on this one : ) ).

Center markers now align consistently to the grid with the same marker width. It will also no longer blur the ends of markers.

I've also added a checkbox to the resolution settings for 'Pixel Perfect'. Turning pixel-perfect on will ensure that lines are drawn on the exact pixel without any antialiasing, and make lines cleaner at lower resolutions. Turning it off will cause antialiasing on lines with odd widths. This can be useful for higher resolution textures.

• The precision of Center Markers now aligns with grids.

• Will now export/import 'Resolution' settings.
• Will now remember in browser 'Resolution' settings upon return.
• Additional bug fixes.
