Save time creating your own prototype textures and get more control over the look and feel of your level designs during prototyping.

Keep your prototyping workflow simple,  and use the generated textures with your favorite game editor, or level creation tools. Block in areas with your own colorful aesthetic, or start with grays that can easily be swapped out with colored ones later. 

Use the existing presets to come up with standard grid textures to help you get started quickly. Or customize your own. Or roll the dice, and see what happens. Who knows, you might stumble onto something useful.

Once you're happy with how it looks, export all the texture resolutions you need. You can even export the settings to easily share with other level designers.

* Settings also save periodically in the browser, that way you can always come back and continue from where you left off.

Restrictions

Textures you generate CANNOT be sold in texture packs. This tool is made freely available in browsers so that they don't have to be.

If you do create your own textures and want to include them with other types of assets (like a game template for example), please provide a direct link to this page in some way (i.e read me file) so that people using your assets can generate additional textures for themselves and their own projects.
